  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Requirements:

    • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
    • Reliable transportation
    • Flexibility to work in various environments, including schools, day centers, in-home, and other locations

  • Behavior Technician

    Requirements:

    Certification as a  Behavior Technician

    Reliable transportation

    Flexibility to work in various environments, including schools, day centers, in-home, and other locations

  • Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

    Requirements:

    • Certification as a Behavior Assistant Analyst
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Commitment to the agency’s philosophy and code of conduct
    • High level of personal integrity
    • Reliable transportation
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Requirements:

    • Board Certification (BCBA) through the BACB
    • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or Social Work (preferred)
    • Completion of the BACB-required 8-hour Supervision Training
    • Reliable transportation
    • Fluent in English
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check
    • Willingness to work with children and adolescents with moderate to severe behavioral challenges
